Re-Connect with the Ocean & Yoga Retreat
In our yoga practice we will be focusing on flowing and connecting with our bodies and breath, while the activities will involve a “Paint the Ocean” watercolour workshop with a local artist learning how to create your own painting of the beautiful ocean view right outside your door, a sound bath experience, guided meditations, sunset beach evening and of course grounding and re-connecting with nature in beautiful coastal walk.
The Rum & Yoga Retreats
This retreat is for people looking for a lighthearted, fun and relaxing take on a yoga retreat! In our yoga practice we will be focusing on connecting with our inner joy while activities will involve Devon Rum Co. Distillery and Tasting Tour, a Cocktail Making Masterclass, sunset beach cocktails and of course grounding and re-connecting with nature in beautiful coastal walks.
